Our client portal is provided solely to deliver photography services to you, including access to your galleries, contracts, invoices, and communication with Jeron Osg Media. You agree to use the portal only for its intended purpose and not to misuse or attempt to circumvent any security features.

Jeron Osg Media offers an optional SMS notification program. By opting in — either through our intake form or your client portal profile — you agree to the following terms:

• Who sends the messages: Text messages are sent by Jeron Osg Media.
• Message types: You may receive messages about your photography session, gallery delivery, re-edit requests, appointment reminders, and other service-related updates.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your session activity. You may receive up to a few messages per month.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• For help: Reply HELP to any text message or contact us at contact@jeronosg.com.
• Consent is not required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any photography services.

You can also manage your SMS preferences at any time through your client portal profile.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

All photographs delivered to you are subject to the licensing terms agreed upon at the time of your session booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Jeron Osg Media retains copyright of all images. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use delivered photos for personal purposes.

Jeron Osg Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
